Grenache vinified as a white wine (Blanc de Noir). Wine with an attractive straw yellow color. Clean and bright with medium density. Fruits such as pears, apples and citrus, floral in part, blossoms and acacias. A dry wine taste, with medium body, long persistence, fruity aftertaste, good freshness and remarkable balance.
Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif and a great accompaniment to oriental dishes, sashimi, sushi, fresh cheeses, and raw fish dishes of medium intensity.
