From the importer:
From a chalky limestone vineyard topped with clay, this is a stunning Pinot Noir, given it's non-appellation status. De-stemmed and aged in small oak cooperage, this wine shows impressive black fruit backed up with a firm, ripe structure. Throw in the minerals imparted by the limestone and you've got a mighty fine, classy Pinot Noir that will put many Bourgognes to shame.
