From the importer:
Limited production white wine made out of primarily old vine, dry-farmed Palomino grapes from Valle de Guadalupe. Pairs beautifully with the fabulous seafood of the region, the Fluxus Blanco displays a profile of fresh citrus composed of notes of grapefruit, lime, lemon grass, honey, nectar and white flowers. Consistent on the palate it exhibits old world charm and a refreshing natural acidity.
Fluxus is the personal project of Alberto Rubio; winemaker of established wineries such as “Vinícola La Trinidad”, “Viñedos Malagón” and “Bodegas F. Rubio” all located in the Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada. Fluxus is a small production operation that focuses on old vines and wines that are congruent with the site and its identity.
